The Senior League divisions provide an opportunity for players to continue playing baseball through Middle and High School. It is one of the fastest growing baseball programs in the state. These Leagues expose players to a full baseball experience - - 90-foot bases, lead-offs, base stealing, balks, etc. As with all Little League programs, the World Series is televised on ESPN.
Teams are formed from the Grosse Pointe community and are managed by seasoned and experienced coaches. The number of teams is determined by the number of registered players. Games are played against top teams in the Metro area (including Harper Woods, Macomb, and L’Anse Creuse) providing players a "travel-like" experience. Games are played on well-manicured fields including many High School varsity diamonds.
One of the most exciting advantages of the Junior, Senior, Big League divisions is that it offers players an opportunity to experience the full game of baseball with many of their friends from the local community while offering the structure of the Little League organization.
